There is no time limit for your free account unlike other services which offer usually a 30-day trial. It is limited features account.

There is a blurred line between a service and a product However Invoicellence considers product something which is tangible or more precisely a physical good like your phone , laptop. On the other hand, service is intangible like Installation, consulting, software development, social marketing etc.

Yes. You can maintain stock of products as well.

You can use the template available on production / service creation page, select any relevant industry and select the products or services which you want to add to your portfolio. Please make sure to set pricing and other details of newly added service(s)/product(s) later.
Yes. You can modify the product or service features as per your need and especially you should set the pricing of the all the product and services you have added.
No, there is no such restriction you can add any product or service you intend to sell. It can be from any industry other than the one you setup during your account setup.

Clients / Vendors

Client is a person or organization purchases products or services from you. Vendor is a person or organization from whom you purchase a product or service to run your business.

Best way is to create a project and use it as a linking point for Invoices and expenses. You can create an invoice of advance payment for the new project and mention in description the advance amount.

Yes, you can use the excel spreadsheet to import vendors and clients to your account. The import format is given in Settings->Import.

Present version of Invoicellence allows importing and exporting of Clients, Vendors, Clients/Vendors Category , Projects , Staff , Staff Category and Analysis.

Payment Gateway

Invoicellence does not charge for online payment transactions. The actual fee deducted as service charges depends on the payment gateway supported.

We are working to integrate with major payment gateways like Paypal, Google wallet etc. It will be notified to registered user as soon as the feature becomes available.

Invoice is the bill (full or partial) which seller gives to buyer for payment against the products or services sold to buyer.

Invoicellence fully support the recurring option for invoices. You can create invoice and select the recurring option to set the frequency of recurring .it can be daily, weekly or monthly. You can also specify how many invoices will be sent in total.

Yes, you can select the Estimate and click the action button to convert it into Invoice.

Unfortunately No, any item deleted by user will be deleted permanently from our system Invoicellence will not be responsible for restoring of data.

Staff represents your team members, employees. you can create different job or functional roles and assign them to staff members to help better organize them . Staff can be assigned to projects. so you can who is working on what project . Invoicellence offers this function to fill the need as much needed by an Invoicing & Billing Application. For a very comprehensive resource management or project management, a purpose built software application needed be considered from open market.

Please select the People option from main menu and select staff. There you will see the option to create new staff member. Different packages allow different number of staff creation option. Please see the package for details.
